2. Who YourCounselor is for
YourCounselor is a professional resource for psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, supervised practitioners and psychology students aged 18 or over. It is not a service for clients or the public, and it does not provide therapy, diagnosis or emergency help.
3. Information on this website
- Content on this website and in the YourCounselor library is educational and for qualified professionals. It is not a substitute for professional training, supervision or judgement.
- AI-Guided Case Taking produces drafts for a qualified professional to review. It does not diagnose or treat, and the treating professional remains responsible for all clinical decisions.
- Screenshots marked "sample data" or "illustrative" show examples, not real clients.
- We do not promise any particular professional, clinical or business result.
4. Plans and prices
Prices shown on this website are in Indian rupees (₹) for India and US dollars ($) for other countries. Launch offers apply for a limited time and may end or change. The price, plan details and any applicable taxes shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy.
5. Growth services
Website, funnel, advertising, WhatsApp Business API, course launch and career counsellor services are planned and quoted separately after you contact us. They are covered by the agreement we share with you at that time.
6. Intellectual property
The YourCounselor name and logo, the library content, and Fabeminds' frameworks and materials belong to Fabeminds or its licensors. You may read and share links to this website. You may not copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, including by trying to break its security, scraping its content, submitting false details or other people's information, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Liability
The website is provided "as available". To the extent the law allows, Fabeminds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Law and disputes
