This website is run by Fabeminds Counselling Private Limited (CIN U80902MH2022PTC389429), registered office E-38, 03, Gulmohar Colony, N5, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra 431003, India ("Fabeminds", "we", "us"). YourCounselor is a Fabeminds product.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the YourCounselor website and the forms on it. The YourCounselor app has its own privacy notice and consent screens, which you see in the app before you use it. Data you enter in the app is handled as described there.
3. What we collect on this website

Please do not enter any information about your clients in the website forms.
4. Why we use it
- To send you the app link and setup steps on WhatsApp, as you asked when you submitted the form
- To reply to your enquiry and plan the services you asked about
- To send practice tips and offers, only if you ticked that box
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, including measuring our advertising
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, and to protect our rights
5. Marketing messages
Tips and offers are optional. The box is unticked by default and is never a condition of using YourCounselor. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by emailing us.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and contact you, such as our website platform, hosting, WhatsApp messaging and measurement providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. Some of them may process data outside India. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
7. Cookies and measurement
Our website platform and measurement tools, such as the Meta Pixel, may use cookies or similar technology to count visits and sign-ups and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. The site also remembers your choice of currency (₹ or $) in your own browser.
8. How long we keep it
We keep website form details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing yourcounselor@fabeminds.com. In India these rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and we will help you use them. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before.
10. Children
YourCounselor is for adults (18+) who are practitioners or students. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your details. No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Grievances and contact
For any question or complaint about your data, email yourcounselor@fabeminds.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within the time required by law.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The version and date at the top will change, and important changes will be shown on this page.
